Digital Delivery
All MICROMANS products are digital licenses. Nothing is shipped physically — your software key is delivered electronically to your email.
1. Delivery Time
- Instant Delivery — Most orders are delivered within 5 to 30 minutes after payment confirmation.
- Manual Review — In rare cases (first-time customers or high-value orders), our team may verify the order before sending the key. This can take up to 24 hours.
- Activation Guide — A step-by-step installation and activation guide is included with every order.
2. What You Receive
Each delivery email contains:
- Your unique license / product key.
- The official download link from the software publisher.
- Detailed installation and activation instructions.
- Your order receipt and invoice.
3. Payment Methods Accepted
We offer multiple secure payment options:
- Credit / Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe).
- PayPal — Fast, secure checkout with buyer protection.
- CMI (Maroc) — Moroccan bank cards accepted.
- Bank Transfer — Available for B2B and large orders.
- Cash on Delivery — Available in select regions only.
4. Secure Checkout
All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your card details — they are processed directly by our payment partners.
5. Currency & Pricing
Prices are displayed in EUR (€). Other currencies may be charged based on the conversion rate of your payment provider at the time of purchase.
6. Order Confirmation
You will receive two emails after placing an order:
- An order confirmation immediately after payment.
- A delivery email containing your license key and download link.
If you do not receive the delivery email within 1 hour, please check your spam folder and contact support@micromans.com.
