Refund & Return Policy

At MICROMANS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because we sell digital software licenses delivered by email, our refund policy is adapted to digital goods, in compliance with consumer protection law.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The license key you received does not activate the product.
- The key has already been used (defective or pre-activated).
- The product delivered does not match what you ordered.
- You experienced a technical issue we could not resolve.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued when:
- The license key has been successfully activated on your device.
- The request is made after 14 days from delivery.
- You changed your mind after receiving a working key.
- The issue is caused by hardware or software not meeting the product's system requirements.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@micromans.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- If applicable, attach a screenshot of any error message.
- Our team will troubleshoot with you first; if the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear on your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong version of a product, contact us — in most cases we can swap your key for the correct version free of charge.
