How quickly will I receive my license key?
License keys are delivered by email within minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases (first-time customers or large orders) a manual review may take up to 24 hours.
Are the software keys genuine?
Yes — all our keys are 100% authentic and come with lifetime activation. They are sourced through legitimate distribution channels.
What if my key does not activate?
Contact our support team at support@micromans.com within 14 days. We will help you troubleshoot or replace the key free of charge.
Can I install the software on multiple computers?
It depends on the license type. Retail keys can usually be transferred to a new computer; OEM keys are bound to the first device they activate on. Each product page lists the specific terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe), PayPal, CMI for Moroccan cards, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery in select regions. All transactions are SSL-encrypted.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if your key fails to activate or arrives defective, we issue a full refund within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
How can I find my lost product key?
Check your email (including spam folder) for the original delivery message. You can also link the key to your Microsoft account to access it anytime via account.microsoft.com.
Do you support business / volume orders?
Yes. For B2B purchases of 10+ licenses, contact us at support@micromans.com for discounted pricing and an invoice.
Will I get support after my purchase?
Absolutely. Every order includes free email support for installation, activation, and basic technical help — for the lifetime of your license.
Is my payment information secure?
