Method 1: Check Your Microsoft Account

This is the easiest way if you redeemed your key online:

  1. Go to account.microsoft.com/services.
  2. Sign in with the Microsoft account you used during setup.
  3. Under Services & subscriptions, your Office license should be listed.
  4. Click Install — Microsoft will let you reinstall without re-entering the key.

Method 2: Check Your Order Confirmation Email

Search your inbox for emails from your software reseller. Also check the spam/junk folder and the Promotions tab in Gmail.

Method 3: Find the Key in Windows Registry

If Office is still installed, you can extract the last 5 characters of the key with PowerShell (run as admin):
