Refund/Return Policy

Here is how to return or exchange items purchased from micromans. We will always endeavor to resolve any issues you may have during the purchase and installation of your Product Key quickly and efficiently.

As the items offered on our store are digitally delivered these would not be subject to Distance Selling Regulations and we cannot accommodate returns, modifications or exchanges. However, we will issue a replacement or refund on any defective Product Keys.

Our Refund/Return Policy

micromans offer refunds on our purchase of digital goods that last 30 days. We do not normally give refunds or exchanges if you:

• simply change your mind; or

• purchased the wrong product; or

• already knew of a particular fault in a product, or we specifically advised you of a particular fault in a product; or

• damage a product after purchase due to alterations to the product not performed by us, damage the product due to unusual or non-recommended use of the product or damage the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our control; or

• no proof of purchase is provided.

METHOD OF REFUND:

First check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, check also your paypal account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] it will take up to 24h to get back to you with full status of your refund.

Installation and/or Activation Issues

Our support team are ready to help with any issues you have with your purchased Product Key. During this process we reserve the right to request digital images, such as a screenshot of the code being entered and the error encountered to help us investigate the issue. In some cases, we may need to use remote based access and support software, such as Team viewer applications, to resolve your issue. Refunds and/or Replacements will only be issued in cases where we have been allowed access to fully investigate and are unsolvable.

Error Code Issues

These errors must be reported within 5 days of purchase. We are unable to offer refunds and/or replacements once this date has passed.

Order Cancellation

Due to the nature of the product and Digital Delivery, once ordered the product key will be emailed directly to you. Should you have purchased a wrong product or simply change your mind, please kindly email us within 6 hours of purchase to cancel the order, Keep in mind that cancellation fees is 2$.

Digital Delivery

As we offer digital products, we are unable to know the identity of the person who redeems the code. For each order placed, we track the delivery of the Product Key, and store vital details of when the code has been view by the customer, included the date, time, IP address. All of our Product Keys are guaranteed and checked.

MISDELIVERED PACKAGES :

Keys that are shipped to a different or wrong address due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund of any kind. We may attempt to contact you if we believe that the address you provided may be incomplete or invalid, however it is your responsibility to provide an accurate address to avoid complications.

Charges:

Cancellation requests after 24 hours will be subject to a restocking fee of 2$.
